Business Intelligence Analyst Associate

Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Analyst Associate works to organize and transform data into integrated views that can be used to drive decision making for Community Banks.

The Business Intelligence Analyst Associate has strong skills in quantitative analysis, enjoys working directly with clients to define the scope of what they are looking for and then has the technical nature to build the reports to the client’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build business relationships and a culture that excels at business value results.

  • Develop an understanding of how present and future business needs will impact the solution.

  • Ensure data integrity and maintain system reliability and performance.

  • Design and build customized charts, dashboards and analytics.

  • Develop integrated views of data from multiple sources to support decision-making.

  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.

  • Create intuitive data visualizations for clear and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a highly analytical individual that can interpret data effectively while also enjoying working directly with the client.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work with large amounts of data.

  • Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

  • A combination of experience with analytic tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos along with banking knowledge is preferred but not required.

  • A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred.
